You can either start with a liner on your lips first or apply a light coat of foundation. Then apply a layer of lipstick and plot. Then taking tissue separate the layers and place one over your lips. Dust powder over these sheet. Apply a second coat of lipstick following this, or even lip gloss.How do you make your lipstick last longer?
Go to a make up store and ask someone who is profectional, read the direction.
those revlon color stay lipsticks are better than go through all the trouble of wearing powder underneath. I have one and they last quite a while. ideal for long meetings and an all-nite date. plus they are a real bargain :)
Put foundation.
buy the new type of stay on all day lpstick. I love it.
my ex put an invisible liner on over the lipstick. Hers wouldn't come off after that.

use a lip liner first...and find a really good brand of wear proof lipstick...i also after that use this sally henson lip plumper (in the silver bottle) its great it hold the color very well and makes your lips look fuller.
apply lipsticks than apply loose powder over it. reapply lipstick this will keep your lipstick lasting longer.
