Good long lasting lipstick for wedding day?

Can anyone recommend a good long lasting lipstick, that doesn't dry out my lips so much, that I can wear on my wedding day? I hate having to reapply lipstick over and over...so, any suggestions would be wonderful.

On my wedding day, I used used LORAC's lipstain lipsticks. I actually put on a regular lipstick first and then swiped this on and it lasted ALL DAY. I love the stuff--I put it on in the morning and never have to worry about it.

Get a good lip liner pencil and use it to color in your entire lips, not just the outer edges. You'll have to keep applying a lipstick or gloss over this to maintain shine, but the color will stay on your lips for hours.
Maybelline Superstay. Will last for hours and hours, just make sure to let the color layer dry for 2 minutes before you put the gloss balm over it. The colors look brighter in the barrel than they do on your lips, so you might have to try a couple of colors to see what's right. Choose a slightly richer color than you usually wear; it will look good in the pictures!
revlon sounds good, but it can be pricey.

for some reason, the lipsticks that are a top and bottom coat do NOT work on me- my lips get super dry and gross looking. the best lipstick that i have found is made by jane cosmetics, and my signature color, which i have for around 6 years, is megabytes pinapple delight. it's cheap too! like 3 bucks a tube. and it is colorful and shiny and if you buy from the megabyte line, they're flavored :) i have tried the sephora line, victoria's secret, revlon and covergirl... pretty much all the big names- and this is the best lipstick i have ever owned. when i go to walmart, i buy every tube of this shade that they have!!!! i ***highly*** recommend it! try it- even if it doesnt work for you, you're only out a few dollars :) it's worth a look- i promise. and the whole line is inexpensive! i swear by this makeup line.

Revlon has this two part lipstick. One is the actual color and the other is a clear lipstick that goes over it and I can honestly say it last at least 6-8 hrs. Have fun at the wedding You can find it anywhere. Target, Wal Mart, pharmacies etc...
I personally like L'Oreal Paris Infallible. It's a 2 part, liquid color.

only problem is you might need to top it off with gloss if you want a shine, i find they do dry out my lips but the color stays put really well.


it is a trade off that might be worth it for one day.
maybelline superstay, can get it at almost any drug store or walmart, target.comes in so many colors and its all i wear as i dont have time during the day to reapply it, it works great i was out one day and it lasted for 2 days with out touch up and still looked freshwhen i did take it off. and its only like 7 a tube. good luck and congrats.
