You can extend the life of the tube to by putting the lipstick on with a brush.





Anyway back to the point, MAC is by far the best out there.Can someone tell me what is the longest lasting lipstick?
it's expensive....Bourghese available at Lord and Taylor and runs about $25 a tube.
MAC is the best. My mom uses it and she's always telling me how it lasts forever.
my mum uses revlon colorstay overtime lipcolor and i see her putting it on at about 7.30 in the morning and it still on perfectly 10-12 hrs later. to get it staying on longer you have to make sure you have clean lips before applying and make sure not to lick or put lipgloss on until about five minutes after you have applied the lipstick. it is 2 sided (one side color one side gloss so u dont have to buy a seperate gloss). we live in aus so i dnt know exactly how much it would b in U.S.A but my mum says its about 5-10 dollars in U.S.A. Other than tattooing your lipstick on, the longest lasting lipstick on the market is called:

The proper way to use this particular product is to apply the color first onto a clean lip. No lip balm, no chapstick, completely clean lip. Wait 5 minutes. If you like the matte look, leave it at that. If you want a shine, add the top coat. Throughout the day, just reapply the topcoat.





I apply this lipcolour at 8am, and by 9pm (yes, that's right, 12 hours....) it is still there! It does take some getting used to because the product will make the lips FEEL dry, but it doesn't actually dry the lips out. Oh, and it does require some type of oil-based remover to take it off so that you're not scrubbing the heck out of your lips! I like Gently Off Eye and Lip Remover by MAC. Very gentle and takes off EVERYTHING!

the old fashion lipsticks always work for me. These days lipstick is too glossy and comes off too easily. The older ones stick better and my secret is to use chapstick as a base coat, the lipstick, and then lip gloss on top. : )
