well there is the loreal collection, i think its called inflallible. it has two applicators. one has the colour, and the other applies shine, so just don't apply the shine and it will come out matte. My mom uses it and it lasts ALL day. I think the advertisements say it lasts 16 hours? I'll give you the link:
