How is the revlon matte ';In the Red';? Has anyone tried it?What's a really good matte red lipstick?
No...but I have tried Revlon's sheer ruby (a sheer bright red color) and it looks great! It's never sticky and it always makes my lips smooth and soft (kinda like a chapstick effect).What's a really good matte red lipstick?
try just any normal red lipstick apply one coat then put transculent powder ontop then one more coat
